ON YOUR PHOTO ID PASS TO BE CLEARED TO COMPETE IN THE TOURNAMENT.
THESE "PASS" APPROVALS ARE NOTED BELOW.

2. AMATEUR CONFIRMATION FORM PASS - STATION 2
3. CSAC APPROVAL PASS - STATION 4
4. WEIGHT MADE PASS - STATION 5

  HOTEL CONFIRMATION FORM

  OUTSIDE BALLROOM DOORS
  Fighters: This counter will be open before NOON so you can attain this pass approval before registration begins.
  YOU MUST BE APPROVED AND CONFIRMED IN THE HOTEL "BEFORE" YOU GO INTO THE BALLROOM
  TO COMPLETE YOUR FIGHTER REGISTRATION STEPS.

    • You must have this form to be admitted into the Ballroom for registrations.
      • As we have always made it clear, if you live 50 miles or more from hotel, you need to book your hotel room at the Radisson.

    • If you live "WITHIN" 50 miles of the hotel, you will need the following:
      • Drivers License that proves your residence address
      • Provide some form of Printed Out MAP QUEST or YAHOO MAPS that lists your address and the address of the Radisson Hotel to prove you are within 50 miles of the hotel.
        • HOTEL ADDRESS: 500 Leisure Lane Sacramento California 95815.
          
          
    • Once we attain these items, you will be given a "HOTEL CONFIRMATION PASS" with your name on it to present at station 2.
    • After Registrations and the rules meeting Friday night, we will confirm your room info with the hotel manifest.
      • If you have given any false information, you will be dropped from the tournament
        • No Refund and NO second chance to be truthful. We expect everyone to be truthful and honest up front. Thank You.

    • If you have a LATE FEE DUE or NEED A PHOTO for your ID PASS, you will need to go to the PHOTO BOOTH FIRST.
    • Once In ID Line, to attain your photo ID Pass you must:
      • PRESENT YOUR "COMPLETED" AMATEUR CONFIRMATION FORM.
      • PRESENT YOUR HOTEL REGISTRATION INFO (Room ID Card with Key and Receipt)
        Fighters within 50 miles of Hotel do not have to show proof of hotel room BUT DO HAVE TO SHOW A DRIVERS LICENSE WITH HOME ADDRESS ON IT..
        
        

• NOTE: FIGHTERS: Once you attain your fighter pass, you must now attain "THREE" PASS Stickers that will be placed on your fighter pass.

  CALIFORNIA STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION (CASA) CHECK-IN

    • At this time you will also "SHOW" your "*COMPLETED" CSAC AMATEUR ATHLETE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION CLICK HERE - Keep this as you will need to present it to the Medical Doctor doing your pre-fight physical at the Medical Station.
      • (*) This form MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR to you arriving at the tournament by a LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR (MD).

STATIONS 5, 6 & 7 CAN BE VISITED OUT OF ORDER

• STATION 5
  WEIGH-INS

  • Overseen by the Officials of the California State Athletic Commission.
    
    
  • Brooks Mason, Omaha, Nebraska, IKF Representative.
    
    
    • "BE PROFESSIONAL" and make your weight. We will begin weighing fighters in at 1:00 PM on Friday.
      This will be on a first come first serve basis.
      Make sure you have your physical done after you weigh-in.
      You will be directed to the medical area directly after you weigh-in.
      You need to attend the rules meeting which will immediately follow weigh-ins at 6:15 PM SHARP.
      
      
      • ALL FIGHTERS REGARDLESS OF AGE OR WEIGHT
        IF YOU DO NOT MAKE WEIGHT FOR YOUR DIVISION YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

        • A fighter who is greater than two pounds over their division weight limit will be disqualified without further recourse.
        • The maximum amount of weight a fighter will be allowed to lose after their first Official Weigh-In is 2 pounds in 2 hours!
        • If the fighter fails to make the weight limit of their division, said fighter is disqualified.
          
          

• STATION 6
  MEDICAL STATION - PHYSICALS

      • ALL PHYSICALS FORMS must be completed and filled out by a "LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR" - "MD!"
        • If you do not have this done, there is a $50 Fee Paid to one of the Physical Doctors to do this for you at Registrations.
        • All Physicals (JUNIORS AND ADULTS) will be approved by Appointed Ringside Physicians of the California State Athletic Commission.

      • If after FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11th, 2011, 12 NOON the WORDS "NEED PHOTO" are listed after your name in the registered Fighters Brackets, you failed to get your photo to us by the FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11th, 2011, 12 NOON Deadline. This means you will be charged a $35 Photo Fee at Registrations, even if you bring your own photo.
        
        
    • ASSISTANT TRAINERS
      • TRAINERS: Please attain your Photo ID Pass HERE!
        • As noted on the Trainers Registration Page if you have not sent in your Trainers Registration Form AND HEADSHOT PHOTO by Friday, NOVEMBER 11th, 2011, 5:PM/PST, you will be paying a $50 Photo Pass Fee at Registration whether you have a photo of yourself or not.
          
          
    • "CHIEF" TRAINERS
      • CHIEF TRAINERS DO NOT PAY A REGISTRATION FEE TO THE IKF.
        • HOWEVER, YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE CALIFORNIA STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION.

          "DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE IKF" - YOU MUST BRING THIS FORM WITH YOU TO REGISTRATIONS ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25th, 2011.
          
          
          • ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR CSAC CORNERMANS LICENSE:
            • Please present your PAID RECEIPT to the IKF Staff at the IKF Photo Booth to attain your Event Photo ID Badge.

      • FIGHTERS, If after Friday, NOVEMBER 4th at 3:00 PM the WORDS "LATE FEE $$" are listed after your name in the registered Fighters Brackets, you owe the noted LATE FEE and this must be paid BEFORE YOU ATTAIN YOUR FIGHTER ID PASS.
